1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Contact form: name, email and, if you provide them: company, current website, phone, project type, budget, message and preferred contact method. We also record the page you came from.

Project estimator: the same information, plus the options you chose and the calculated estimate.

Clients: the information needed for quotes, invoicing and project follow-up (name, company, address, contact details, correspondence).

Browsing: only if you accept, visit statistics through Google Analytics (see Cookies).

We don’t collect card details: card payments are processed directly by our payment providers.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your requests and prepare a quote
• To deliver, invoice and follow up on projects
• To meet our legal obligations, including accounting
• To measure website traffic, if you accept

We don’t send newsletters or marketing without your consent, and we never sell or rent your data.

4. Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before a contract (answering an enquiry, preparing a quote), performance of the contract, our legal obligations, and your consent for analytics cookies.

5. Who can access it

Your data is handled by the AzulWeb team. Some providers access it only to deliver their service to us:

• Hostinger (website hosting)
• Google (Analytics), only if you accept cookies
• Our payment providers (bank, card payments, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer), for clients paying an invoice

Some of these providers may process data outside Morocco and the European Union, including in the United States, with the safeguards set out in their terms.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and estimates that don’t lead to a project: 3 years after our last exchange
• Client data and invoices: 10 years, for accounting obligations
• Consent cookie (azw_consent): 6 months
• Google Analytics cookies: 13 months at most

7. Cookies

No analytics cookie is set before you agree. You can change your mind at any time: manage cookies.

Necessary (no consent needed):
- azw_consent: remembers your cookie choice, 6 months
- pll_language: remembers the site language, 1 year

Analytics (with your consent):
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics): visit statistics, 13 months

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against automated submissions, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to the AzulWeb team.

9. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at hello@azulwebagency.com: we reply within 30 days.

Your data is protected by Moroccan law 09-08, and by the GDPR (or UK GDPR) if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom. You can also contact the CNDP in Morocco or the data protection authority in your country.

10. Changes

We may update this policy, for example if we add a tool. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
