These terms apply to all services provided by ISFO Partners SARL AU (AzulWeb): websites, the monthly plan, maintenance, SEO, branding and white label work. The signed quote and any specific terms in it take precedence over these general terms.
After a discovery call, we send you a fixed-price quote setting out the scope, price, schedule and payment terms. The quote is valid for 30 days.
The order is confirmed when you sign the quote (or accept it in writing by email) and pay the deposit or setup fee.
Our prices exclude taxes and are stated in euros, US dollars or dirhams depending on the quote. Prices published on the website are starting prices; only the quote is binding.
Payment by bank transfer, card, PayPal, Wise or Payoneer. Bank and exchange fees are paid by the party that incurs them. If a payment is late, we may pause work or, on the monthly plan, take the website offline, after a reminder left unanswered for 15 days.
Each project follows the steps in the quote: discovery call, mockup, development, launch. Nothing moves to the next step without your approval.
The mockup includes 2 rounds of changes. Requests beyond the quote (extra pages, features or rounds of changes) are covered by a small additional quote, approved before the work is done.
Our timelines assume these are provided on time: a delay on your side moves the schedule accordingly. If we hear nothing from you for 60 days, we may close the project and invoice the work already done.
Launch counts as acceptance of the website. For 30 days after launch, we fix free of charge any defect compared with what the quote specified. New requests and problems caused by changes made by a third party are not covered.
With a one-off payment, the website is yours once paid in full: it is installed on your hosting, with the domain name, files, content and full administrator access.
On the monthly plan, we grant you use of the website during the commitment. It becomes yours at the end of the 12 months, or earlier if you pay the remaining months; we then hand over all files and access.
Third-party licensed items (fonts, plugins, photos) remain subject to their own licences. Unless covered by a confidentiality agreement, we may show the project in our portfolio once it is live.
We only host and maintain websites we have built. For an existing website, we offer to rebuild it before hosting it.
We take reasonable measures (backups, updates, monitoring) to keep hosted websites available and secure, but cannot guarantee full availability, which also depends on third-party providers.
SEO is a best-efforts service: we commit to the work done and to transparent reporting, not to a specific position in Google, which nobody can guarantee.
We keep the information you share with us confidential. On request, we sign a confidentiality agreement; for white label work, there is no credit or contact with your end client, and the project doesn’t appear in our portfolio without your consent.
Our liability is limited to direct damage and, in total, to the amount paid for the service concerned (or the last 12 monthly payments on the monthly plan). We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, or for content you publish.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If we disagree, we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kénitra, Morocco, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
A discovery call, a fixed-price quote, then a mockup you approve before going any further. If you don’t like it, you get your deposit back.
